The Australian Embassy seeks expressions of interest for the provision of
Cleaning Services to the Chancery and Head of Mission Residence in Jakarta
The scope of services will include the current Chancery on Jalan Rasuna Said, through to the completion of the decommissioning period, and the new Chancery on Jalan Patra Kuningan Raya, including an Executive Residence, in addition to the current Head of Mission Residence.
Interest is sought from Indonesian registered companies with previous experience in cleaning Diplomatic Missions and sufficient staffing resources to provide cleaning services to a combined area of approximately 40,000 square metres.
It is anticipated these services will commence on 1 November 2015 for a two year contract period, with a further two and one year option respectively.
