If you wish to contact the global service centre regarding your pre-lodgement or urgent travel enquiry, please call +61 2 6196 0196, Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:00pm (Indonesia local time). Callers can access Translating and Interpreting Service support.

- Read all the available information and instructions on the front of the application form and our website
- Complete all the required details in the application form
- Use our checklists to ensure you include all the required documentation.
